Farewell Elder Lawrence

A Farewell and a Homecoming on the same day!!!!!  We are so thankful to all of our family and friends who came to support these boys. It was such a special day!!!

A beautiful day at the San Diego Temple

On May 31, 2014 Blake went through the San Diego Temple to take his own endowment.  We had planned a trip to California to pick him up from his Senior cruise and so it worked out perfectly to go to the San Diego temple while we were there.  It was such a special day for all of us...especially Blake. The San Diego temple is absolutely amazing!

Blake's good friend Tyson and his mom Kris were also able to be there

Big day for Blake and Ethan!

What a special day it was for our family when Blake was ordained an Elder and Ethan was ordained a Deacon.  It's so wonderful to have so many priesthood holders in our home.

Blake receives his Mission Call!!!

Blake has been called to the Mendoza Argentina Mission.  He will report to the Provo MTC on July 2, 2014.  Lots of friends & neighbors came over to watch him open up that big white envelope.  Blake was so nervous he nearly passed out.  He couldn't be more thrilled with his call and he can't wait to serve the people of Mendoza.  What an exciting day it was!!!

Jared Cahoon and Blake both got the same mission call to Mendoza...leaving the same day too!
